About The Author

Molly Spurlock Holzer grew up in her grandmother’s lovely rural home in Hudson, Ohio, where the beauties of nature served as her first inspiration. The early loss of parents, grandmother, and later, adoptive parents have made her sensitive to others’ sorrows, but she is also moved by the power of faith to overcome and even triumph despite those difficulties which everyone faces. Music has been a constant for her as a singer and music director, as well as interest in art history. A BA and MA in literature led to a career teaching part-time college and fulltime high school English. She has three beloved children and seven grandchildren, whom she loves to spoil. Now a desert rat, she lives in Green Valley, Henderson, Nevada.
